Treelimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Motorists should be prepared for localizedblowing dust near fields that have been recently worked in theColumbia Basin and around Moses Lake.Winds will remain strong through the night and Friday morningbefore decreasing Friday afternoon.
