...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity andincreased in duration for the following rivers in Texas...Cowleech Fork Sabine River At Greenville affecting Hunt County.South Fork Sabine River Near Quinlan affecting Rockwall and HuntCounties.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding will occur.Some farm and cattle industries will be flooded. Some rural roadswill be underwater. Water will be over the road and the FM 1565bridge.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.9 feet.- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.- Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late tonightto 14.7 feet tomorrow morning. It will then rise above floodstage late tomorrow morning to 16.0 feet tomorrow evening. Itwill fall below flood stage again early Thursday morning.
