Earth Hour’s I Will If You Will challenge invites individuals and organizations to help make the world a better place.

It's being carried out in 6,950 communities in 152 countries.

Three Weather Network presenters will be stepping up to the plate in the name of this good cause, and they're asking for your help.

Nathan Coleman pledges to give up eating meat for a week if 500 people commit to at least one vegetarian meal once a week for the rest of the year.

Chris Murphy plans to dress up as a super hero and collect used batteries if 500 people commit to the proper disposal of batteries or use rechargeable ones.

And Suzanne Leonard will wear her snorkel gear on national TV if 500 people commit to turning off their tap while brushing their teeth.

If you'd like to join in on the fun, visit the Earth Hour global YouTube channel to officially accept the challenges.

Or you can go directly to the pages of Suzanne, Nate and Chris.

And don't forget to follow the fun on Twitter using the hashtag #TWNEarthWeek!
