Tornado hits Germany
People in Germany experienced a rare tornado Sunday afternoon.
The twister touched down near Stuttgart in southwestern Germany, about 250 km west of Munich and 200 kilometres north of Zurich, Switzerland.
So far, there have been no reports of damage or injuries.
Tornadoes are fairly uncommon in Germany; however, the summer of 2010, a tornado outbreak injured dozens and claimed the life of a six-year-old girl.
