March 2, 2010 — It was another sunny day across southern Ontario Tuesday and Torontonians were taking FULL advantage.
After the worst storm of the year blasted southern Ontario last week, the dry weather has returned.
Torontonians were loosening their scarves and shedding that extra layer today as the sun was shining all day long.
The city hit a high of 3 degrees. And it doesn't look like this weather pattern is changing any time soon.
There's one group that is certainly soaking it all in.
We caught up with some students from The University of Toronto and they only had good things to say.
'It's fantastic man, like this is a prelude to what summer is going to be right?', says one student.
While another student is ready to skip spring all together and head right into summer.
'We're waiting. We're waiting to whip out those bathing suits. We all want to go swimming.'
It may not be warm enough to go swimming this week, but temperatures will certainly stay on the mild side.
Dry and seasonal conditions are expected all week long and temperatures will continue to climb as the week goes on. On Saturday, we're looking at a high of 6 degrees.
